What a lovely day taking part in this wellbeing event with 🤍

Even on a very grey January day in Newcastle, the atmosphere was so warm - it was genuinely such a joy to be there, to meet Flo properly, and to share plenty of laughs (awkward recording moments included 😅). Days like this remind me how powerful even a short moment of pause can be in the middle of a busy week.

I’ve been so grateful for all the support Calm – Carla Cressy has received over the past year. From 1st March 2026, my treatment prices will be increasing slightly as I continue transitioning from introductory rates to my standard pricing.

I wanted to share this with plenty of notice - all appointments booked throughout February will remain at the current prices.
