Just in case you didn't know I'm away on me holibobs and return to work on Monday 18th August. I will have my diary with me so you can still contact me and I will get back to you to arrange. Just a quick update to show that I'm still alive and kicking although still rehabilitating from a ruptured pec. Also still in the same place but under who now have new strands to their facility so why not give them a follow or even better contact them and come and join in with a great community and become a better, fitter, stronger, happier version of you.
