✨ Spring Equinox Sound Bath ✨

Our February sound bath has now gently come to a close, with the session completely sold out. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and shared in that space.

Our next gathering falls on Wednesday 20th March, 6:30 - 7:30pm, aligning with the Spring Equinox, a sacred moment of balance between light and dark. A time to pause, reset, and welcome the subtle shift of the seasons as we move from winter’s inward energy into the awakening of spring.

This sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect. To release what no longer serves you, and to set quiet intentions for growth, renewal, and expansion. Through carefully held space, soothing frequencies, and gentle guidance, we come together in rest, reflection, and presence.

Spaces are intentionally limited to protect the energy of the circle. Based on previous sessions, we expect this one to fill naturally and with ease.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who joined us for our January Deep Reset Sound Bath sessions at Westerhope Community Association this weekend.

The sense of community in the room was truly special. A shared pause. A shared breath. A collective exhale.

We are moving through the final weeks of the Year of the Snake, which comes to a close on February 17th.

Spiritually, this year has been about deep inner transformation. A slower, more introspective cycle of shedding old skins, releasing outdated patterns, and reconnecting with inner wisdom. The end of the Snake year marks a powerful moment of integration. A time to honour what has shifted beneath the surface, reflect on the lessons learned, and consciously let go of what you are no longer meant to carry forward.
