Ray Duell has worked with businesses, schools and individuals, around the North East England and Yorkshire for over 8 years. He has over 12 years experience operating in the Hospitality Sector starting out as a staff member then onto Hotel Operations Manager. Customer focus is second nature and as a Manager Ray was responsible for staff training and it was this experience that compelled him to teach. As a qualified teacher he can use his work experiences to support the training he delivers. A sound grasp of Health and Safety Law will impress clients on his courses and he doesn’t shy away from telling it how it is-after all people’s safety in the workplace is vital. Ray is well aware the reputation Health and Safety training has (it’s boring) so an injection of fun and engaging tutor style are central to everything he does (and he loves to do “fun lecture” tones when telling everyone to BE MINDFUL”).
