I’ve been practicing manual therapy for 9+ years as a compliment to my fitness career, that eventually led to becoming a physio (so that I could officially diagnose). Manual therapy skills are something I take pride in, I never think I’m at my ceiling but always make sure I’m giving the best I possibly can!
