Good oral hygiene includes:
🦷 Brushing twice daily for 2 minutes
🦷 Flossing or interdental brushes daily
🦷 Regular dental check ups

Our dental professionals aim to promote oral health at each visit and reinforce the above oral hygiene regimes!
