Grief is a deeply personal and unique experience. There is no right way and no wrong way to grief. Yet we often ask ourselves "Am I grieving the right way?" At last weeks "Let's Share Grief" event Clare Murray shared her poem entitled "According To Who?" This poem resonated with so many people in the room and Clare has kindly agreed to MYMY sharing it. Thank you so much for this Clare.
Please follow our page for more details on our grief support group starting in January 2026.
