Acidity and cancer
Acidity is a well-known factor that is linked to cancer. When you have low pH between the body cells, you are at risk of developing cancerous cells because that’s an ideal environment for their growth and this has been studied and shown to be true: (Robey, 2012)
When you have chronic acidosis, which indicates that you are consuming an overly acidic diet, you may get hyperinsulinemia, a condition that is characterized by high levels of circulating insulin. This condition is linked with the pancreatic and colorectal cancers as well as breast cancer, kidney cancer, and endometrial cancer. The study above has more details on this.
We have always known that cancer usually evolves from genetic factors or their changes in the normal cell, but today, we’ll talk about how “alkaline ash” and mitochondrial dysfunction in the context of metabolic acidosis can give rise to cancer.
