As some of you know I was off last week spending some quality time with myself 🏖️🙏🏻

I have been working hard on self care for over a year now. I find it difficult to make the time for myself. But I have to say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! It was difficult to leave friends and family but the benefits have been so uplifting!

My heart is full, I met some of the most amazing people who I now am lucky to call friends. I have grown in so many ways and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next!
