Yesterday, Lexi completed her 10th Ultramarathon in 10 days in her wheelchair. I was privileged to meet and work with her over the past few days. A very inspirational person to say the least!

The impressive challenge will be part of the opening of Rugby World Cup 2025 in Sunderland, all while raising funds for ChildFund Rugby!

A kind donation will enable young people in vulnerable situations play rugby, build essential life skills, and grow into confident leaders, both on and off the pitch.

Incredible game today at

A fantastic last game to work for this great club. Loved all 7 years of it - backed up by having as a long term sponsor of the club.

Met some brilliant people, had lots of laughs, and learned a lot at this club. Seen a loads of different, interesting injuries both rugby and non-rugby related. Thoroughly enjoyed developing the medical team and player safety throughout the whole club.

10 years ago when I qualified, I never thought I'd get a look in at a club of this stature, more than grateful for the opportunity.

Back in the 2019-20 season, I worked with with the as the Team Physio. It is really brilliant, yet slightly surreal to cross paths in the other side of the World for the League Code of Rugby. Great to see you play!
