The NHS uses something called the Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag (RADF) to make sure that people with disabilities or long-term health conditions get the same access to healthcare as everyone else. This supports the Equality Act (2010), which protects your rights.

The flag is a note added to your NHS record. It shows what adjustments (changes or support) you may need to make it easier for you to use NHS services and so NHS staff know how best to support you.

If you feel that you may benefit from a RADF, please contact the surgery.

Due to winter pressures (lots of sick patients & staff) appointments are in high demand, if you do not need your appointment please contact the surgery to cancel your appointment.

- knows about the specialist veteran healthcare services that exist

- undertakes regular training and development to ensure we’re able to deliver the very best care to veterans in our community and meet the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant

If you’re a veteran patient, please do let us know that you have served so that we can make sure you receive the most appropriate and best care, if and when you ever need it.

You can learn more about the accreditation and how it supports veteran patients, here: rcgp.org.uk/veterans
