It’s been an absolutely amazing trip to Thailand 🇹🇭❤️
From Bangkok, to the beautiful beaches of Koh Lanta, and back north to one of our favourite places, Chiang Mai. We’ve made memories that will last a lifetime ✨
As always, the Thai people have been the most friendly, kind, and welcoming you could ever wish to meet. We’re so grateful for this time to relax and recharge, 💙
Now… we’re feeling refreshed, motivated and excited to get back to doing what we love!

CPR is on the curriculum, so why are so many students missing out?

2025 research shows that nearly 4 in 10 UK secondary school students say they haven’t received CPR training in school.

We’re calling on governments and local authorities to follow through on their commitments by improving support for schools and introducing systems to track CPR education, so every student gets the lifesaving skills they deserve.
