Spent some time this afternoon compiling all of my current groups ’wants & not wants’ to do with pregnancy and birth into one big chart.

We use the chart to give us the confidence to talk openly and honestly about our fears and anxieties, but also shoot for the moon!

Birth is not something that can be planned but the likelihood of having a positive experience is greatly increased if you take the time to prepare and ultimately, take responsibility for your choices.

I called my way of preparing for birth ‘Bodhi Mama’ because Bodhi is the name of my beautiful son, and because his name means enlightened, which is exactly what you will be after our work together.
