Our sessions can be used to improve the comfort in your body- to make you more mobile, stronger and more balanced. Are classes will also allow to gain much more out of your life and if involved in other sports you will really notice a difference in your technique, stamina and ability.

We have done it ! OMG. We have moved! What an six weeks that was. We are here! The ENERGYBODI Sensation has moved to ONE Daisy Bank. I would be lying if I said this was an easy transition, Theres been a lot of work and during all this my back told me of my worries, You can deny whats going on but your body will always let you know.
It feels so good here. This was the right decision. After our opening day last Thursday the feedback was brilliant. Lots of happy people incluing myself. We had nearly 50 people through the door on Thursday to check out the new Studio. People were surprised, it is larger than what they were expecting. Bookings are filling super fast now. If you havn't yet been able to get a spot, please be patient we are adding more classes to the schedule. BODi Pilates is a functional fitness movement therapy that builds your understanding of your body for healthy supported movement, in everyday life and in your sports. We use physiotherapy exercises as well as a wide range of movement therapy to allow your body more comfort and support, strength and flexibility to get more pleasure out of life. BODi Dance- MOVING ENERGY MINDFULLY A Holistic Dance with beautiful lyrical movements set to an eclectic mix of music, with elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, and many Dance Arts with a Zen Philosophy to life- being in the present moment, in the body. Mindfulness. Understanding of Body, Mind, E-motions. (Energy in Motion) and the energy connection. BODi Dance leaves you exhilarated and calm, elated and grounded. BODi Dance provides all the benefits that you would expect of a good dance exercise class and much more... awareness of alignment, energy levels so whether you are 18 or 78 , whether you like to dance gracefully, soft and relaxed or dynamic and energetic there is something for you for you to feel the benefit. Somatic BODi Yoga is not a different style of yoga but rather a movement therapy, a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Our muscles can become tight or restricted due to development reasons, habitual patterns, emotional stress, injuries or trauma. Small, slow and gentle movements are used to re-educate the brain so that it can relax and move these muscles more functionally. Yoga is a science, that is, it is a body of techniques that lead us to consciously connect with ourselves and with life, the experience of yoga. As yoga is a science, there is no dogma or belief system attached to it. Yoga simply tells us to do a certain practice and then to feel the effect of that practice, e.g. if we breath slowly in a relaxed manner we will slow our heart rate; if we focus the mind we will develop mental peace and deep insight.
