Reflect Reflexology

Reflect Reflexology I run a small, busy practice in a peaceful location & specialise in helping people manage pain. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or SumUp.

My name is Pam, I run a small busy practice in a peaceful rural location and specialise in helping people manage their pain using alternative therapies. I work hard to continuously adapt and improve my technique in order to offer personalised healing treatments to my clients, to best support each person's needs. I was inspired to learn reflexology from having regular treatments myself and the benefits I gained soon showed me what a powerful yet gentle therapy reflexology is, and how relaxed it made me feel after a stressful day at work. I have always wanted to do something to help other people, as I felt that there was and still is too much pain and suffering in the world and I wanted to do something to make a difference, hence my passion for reflexology and other alternative therapies being born. I have full membership with the Association of Reflexologists, the UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, I am fully qualified and insured to practice Reflexology, Indian Champissage, Facial Reflexology, Oriental Facial Therapy and Reiki. I have an ABC Reflexology Diploma at Level 3 and trained with Louise Keet at The London School of Reflexology, I have also have an NCFE accredited Diploma at Level 4 and have gained the following further qualifications:

Supporting the Client in Pain with Reflexology
Cancer and Palliative Care Reflexology
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
Advanced Facial Reflexology
Oriental Facial Therapy and Specialist Tools
Usui Reiki I &II
Seichem Reiki I & II and Seichem Reiki Master Teacher
Indian Champissage (Indian Head Massage)
Chi Medics - Energy and the spine
Aromareflex

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may help bring some relief from the symptoms of a wide range of conditions. Many people find it beneficial to maintain health and well-being by having regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly reflexology treatments. Whilst many people use reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body and counteracting stress, at the same time many doctors, consultants and other healthcare professionals recognise reflexology as a well-established, respected and effective therapy. Reflexology sessions are done in my treatment room which has been carefully designed to ensure your comfort and relaxation are optimum or in the comfort of your own home if you prefer. I have a range of soothing music to help you relax during treatment, and use Songbird Reflexology Wax which is made from a unique blend of Beeswax and natural ingredients that are gently effective, unique and altogether natural for a supreme massage experience. Payment Method
New clients: please be aware that payment must be made at the time of booking your appointment to secure the space I have allocated for you in my diary. My fees reflect my experience and the level of training required to become a registered and recognised alternative therapist.

PLEASE NOTE: For personal safety and insurance purposes, male client's need to be referred by an existing client. CANCELLATION POLICY
My goal is to provide quality treatments for all of my clients in a timely manner. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only me, but my other clients as well. Please kindly be aware of my policy regarding missed appointments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in my diary that is no longer available to other clients-much like when you book tickets for a concert, once you have purchased those tickets you are guaranteed entry to the venue. In order to be respectful of other clients needs, please contact me as soon as you know you are unable to make your appointment, don’t inform me when you receive your reminder text as this will be too late. If cancellation is necessary, I require at least 48 hours notice in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice before the appointed time or no-show will result in you-the client being charged the full missed appointment fee to ensure my business running costs are covered. My insurance policy doesn’t cover lost earnings from late cancellations or no shows. Should the cancellation fee remain unpaid, future sessions will incur a full treatment cost booking fee and will need to be prepaid in full to secure your space in my diary. Thank you for your understanding and support. The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are in the event of serious or contagious illness, emergency, clients over 38 weeks pregnant or evidence of a positive Covid-19 test for the client only. Please only make a booking with me if you are 100% happy with the cancellation policy, if you’re not happy with the terms, I completely understand if you’d prefer to go elsewhere for your treatments. This policy also applies to gift voucher bookings. Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and co-operation.

There’s something about slow Saturday mornings that feels sacred. No rush, no noise, just soft light, a warm drink, and the quiet reminder that this is what peace feels like.

This will make a lot of sense to those of you who like your own space 💕🙏🏻

I’m not hiding from people, I’m recovering from them.
It takes a lot out of me to constantly engage, smile, listen, and hold space for everyone. I love people, just in small doses and with long breaks in between.
Quiet time isn’t loneliness, it’s repair. It’s where I come back to myself after being stretched thin by noise, expectations, and energy that isn’t mine.

Give me space, soft air, plants, and stillness. That’s where I recharge 🌿

In a world that's turning hard,
Keep softness in your heart,
It's not a flaw to show kindness,
It's time we all made a start.

A harsh word or insensitive joke,
Can hurt more than you know,
Choose a gentler way to be,
Let positive emotions flow.

With every smile, we build a bridge,
A held hand, can help to heal,
With a simple act of compassion
A better world, we can reveal.

So let us be mindful in our thoughts,
And share the warmth that kindness brings,
For in our hearts, there beats a truth,
That love can grow on gentle wings ..

Truth is, sometimes all I need,
Is time to spend alone.
Time to find myself again
No background noise, no phone.

I like to walk in quiet places,
A gentle, welcome interlude,
Watching nature busy at work,
With no unwanted drama to intrude.

I enjoy the chirping birdsong,
And the soft rustle of the trees,
The earthy scents of Autumn,
Dancing gently on the breeze.

This time alone is therapy,
Awaking my senses for a while,
The pureness and simplicity,
Is enough to make me smile.

And here I don't feel lonely,
In fact, I feel right at home,
The truth is, sometimes all I need,
Is the freedom to roam, alone ..

So true 💕

So true 💕

I keep my circle small,
True friends are hard to find,
People tend to come and go,
Not leaving much behind.

But the ones that I hold true,
Have been the kindred souls,
Walking here beside me,
Whilst achieving their own goals.

In laughter and in silence,
Through trials we have grown,
Each moment shared together,
Turns strangers into home.

A bond that's built on trust,
With memories that we weave,
In this tight-knit little world,
Kindness is given and received.

So here's to the loyal hearts,
That walk together through life's days,
You are appreciated and loved,
True friendship always stays ...

You don't need to search for magic,
Just stop and open your eyes,
All around are simple wonders,
Allow yourself to be surprised.

Too often we hurry through our days,
Missing miracles in plain sight,
If we would just slow down and notice more,
Our imagination could take flight.

A fairy may dance upon the breeze,
Her iridescence to sparkle and gleam,
Anything is possible if we open our minds,
To be receptive to a hope or a dream.

The rustling trees hides many things,
We aren't always completely alone,
A whisper, a touch, upon the breeze,
A presence not set in stone.

So pause a while, breathe in the scene,
What do you wish to see?
If you concentrate upon a wish,
It could manifest enough to 'be'

For magic exists, not far away,
Our senses know, it's perfectly sane,
But we will never find it, if we're not tuned in
So don't discard what you can't explain ..

For my reflexology colleagues 🥰
I can’t recommend this training highly enough, just think, if one of you did the practitioner training, we could do Chi-Reflexology swaps!!!
What an incentive! 🙏🏻💕

✨ Many begin with our Introductory Courses such as Energy & the Spine.
✨ From there, students progress into the Advanced Levels (2–6), including Level 2 starting Oct 25 — ideal for those ready to take their next step.

✨ Graduates become part of the Chi Medics Practitioner Community.

Alongside the main pathway, our online modules and CPD opportunities support practitioners worldwide.

Never forget the importance
Of simply needing to rest,
When you’ve taken care of everything,
And given it your best.

Sometimes things don’t fall into place,
We struggle to find a way,
Doubt keeps us awake at night,
And blight a normal day.

It can become exhausting,
And not everyone understands,
That we are working overtime,
To achieve our hopes and plans.

So don’t wait until someone tells you,
It’s okay to take time out,
Love yourself enough to stop,
In order to quell all fear and doubt.

Breathe in the calm, let worries fade,
In stillness, strength is found,
Rest is not a sign of weakness,
But a gift that knows no bounds.

So cherish each restful moment,
And give yourself a chance,
To restore all of your senses
And allow your dreams to dance ..

Autumn’s magic
weaves its way,
The copper hues
eclipse the grey.
Falling leaves,
our path ignite,
Like golden confetti
in soft sunlight.

Nature’s canvas,
rich and bright,
A time to rest
A time for flight.
Crisp apples hang
upon the bough,
Harvest whispers,
time to bow.

Branches sway
in gentle dance,
Embracing change
Of spirits trance.
As daylight fades,
the shadows play,
In twilight’s glow,
They lead the way.

So feel the magic
Within the air
As two worlds meet
And linger there.
The veil is thin
Old souls align
A joyful union
Suspended
In time ...
