Begin your journey into Reiki healing with this Reiki Level 1 Workshop. This foundational course introduces you to Reikis principles, techniques, and the ability to channel universal life force energy. Through guided practice and attunements, you will learn how to use Reiki for self-healing and to support others.
The version of Reiki I teach combines both Western and Traditional techniques - and ensures that you have the best all round reiki experience.
You'll explore:
• The history and principles of Reiki.
• Techniques for channeling and directing healing energy.
• Hand positions and methods for self-treatment and healing others.
