Our bodies are not small things.
They are portals of creation.
They hold life, cycles, intuition, memory, and deep knowing.

We carry the ability to nurture, to lead, to protect, to transform.
To feel deeply.
To rise again and again through every season of our lives.

To be a woman is to hold power that cannot always be seen, but it is always felt.

The strength of women has shaped families, communities, and the world itself.

And if you've been feeling it, you're not imagining.🌈😇

This isn't just "your loved one says they're okay."
Spirit is no longer just about comforting.
They're activating....
They're awakening....
They're re-positioning us to remember who we are, and why we came here now.

Spirit isn't speaking to pain loops anymore.
They're nudging people out of them.
Their messages carry medicine for the next chapter, not the last one.
This work isn't about the wound anymore.
It's about working and healing what's beyond it.

But what if nothing in you is broken at all?
What if anxiety, grief, overthinking, sensitivity, anger… were not flaws to fix, but spirits you carry?

Spirits that teach, reveal, and remind you who you are. 🥹🤍

This carousel was inspired by a video I saw a few weeks ago (ripples of truth travel far 🌊). It spoke so deeply to me, I had to create my own version, to remind us all to speak differently about ourselves.

Because words matter. The way we name ourselves matters. And when we shift the way we speak, we shift the way we see.

And here's the truth, right.... it's not because you're not worthy.
It's because your light activates something in them they haven't faced yet.
Your courage reminds them of the risks they haven't taken!

Your growth highlights the ways they've stayed small!
Your authenticity shines where they're still hiding.....
That's why they watch, but don't support.
But your path is not validated by their likes,
comments, or applause.

The fact they can't look away is proof enough of your power.

People pleasing isn't a love language, it's survival. 🔥

It's the armor we built when rejection, abandonment, and unworthiness cut too deep.
We over-shared, over-gave, over-extended... hoping they'd see us, like us, love us.

But here's the truth......
The ones we tried to convince were never capable of seeing us anyway.
That's why it always ended in disappointment, in the echo of "what did I do wrong?"

The cycle breaks when we stop performing for those who will never choose us.....
and start standing fully in the power of choosing ourselves.

Self-abandonment ends where self-honoring begins. 🦋
