National Grief Awareness Week
Grief isn’t something we “get over.” It’s something we learn to live alongside in our own way, in our own time.
This week is a reminder that grief takes many shapes: loss of a person, a relationship, a future we imagined, or a version of ourselves. However it shows up for you, your experience is real and worthy of care.
