Hi all! Sending out a big message and will put this on the page too! I'm actually going to be calling off both classes until in the new year. I've got quite a bit going on in my life at the moment and not in the best place to give good yoga or be as reliable as I'd like to be. Weather is naff and it's so dark in the evenings which doesn't help. And we've all got bits and bobs going on around Christmas and the new year. I will send out a message to all when I am restarting in the new year, but for now wish you all a wonderful holiday season and I hope to see you all when things can restart consistently. Thank you all for sharing yoga with me this year 💗☺️

This Thursday and every week going forward. 7pm till 8:15 at Denton island community center. Free parking outside and £8 for the session.
Come and join a friendly small class, with an easier relaxing routine this week. Suitable for anyone 💗☺️

Hi all,
Great news! Sunday class is going well and I'll now be offering a Thursday evening class every week at 7pm too.
Slight change to pricing, now £8 for the hour and 15 minute session. Come along if you haven't tried! We are a friendly group, maximum around 7 students and we do some challenging poses, plenty of resting poses and a short meditation and relaxation at the end if every class.

Hi everyone!

I am currently running a yoga class on Sunday mornings in Newhaven on denton island . It's a pay what you can afford class and it's been going well.

I know that Sundays are not a great day for everyone, and I'm wondering if I offered the same class on weekday evenings if there would be enough interest to make it viable.

Just looking for feedback, I teach hatha yoga, eally varied asana and we incorporate a short meditation at the beginning and a relaxation at the end of each session. We work on improving strength and flexibility in all areas of the body and vary the difficulty depending on the class but always open to all abilities with yoga
