Why ‘high vibe’ might actually be killing your vibe.

Somewhere along the way, ‘being spiritual’ got confused with always being positive.
Always light.
Always high.
Always rising.

Emotions are energy in motion.
They are meant to move through you, not be bypassed, suppressed, or dressed up in fancy new age language and spiritual aesthetics.

When you force yourself into ‘high vibe’ while your body is holding grief, anger, fear, or exhaustion… your nervous system doesn’t feel inspired.
It feels unsafe.

Because your inner self knows it’s not being heard, held or recognised.

So it goes into survival.

Because you’re overriding your current embodied state.

‘High vibe’ without embodiment is performance. A mask you put on in the morning, a role you have assigned to yourself.

The high vibe teaching is just another way of teaching you to abandon yourself.

Real alignment is not about staying elevated.

It’s about being honest.

It’s about letting your emotions run through you, allowing them to show you what you need to know.

Using this energy consciously as a source of movement.

The more you suppress them, the more they control you.
Your emotions are not the enemy. Ignoring them is killing your essence.

Your power is not in bypassing your humanity.
It’s in being present with it.

When you allow energy to move
Your system regulates.
Your intuition sharpens.
Your field stabilises.
Your essence becomes real embodied expression.

Not forced.
Not fragile.
Not borrowed.

Embodied.

You don’t need to be ‘high vibe’. You need to be authentic.

You need to be home in yourself.

And from that place… your frequency rises effortlessly.

A 1:1 reading shouldn’t feel generic.
And if it does, your system knows.

A personal reading shouldn’t feel like vague statements, recycled meanings,
or something that could apply to anyone.

There is a profound difference between reading cards and reading the energy of your field.

Resonance isn’t always about the words you’re hearing. It’s about how the energy lands.

Sometimes you may not fully comprehend the message, yet there’s a part of you that knows. It feels like calm clarity. Your body softens. You ease and surrender into the frequencies.

Readings are always so popular in January and I truly get why. ✨

There’s something about the start of a new year that stirs the soul… that desire for clarity, reassurance, and a sense of direction when everything feels like it’s shifting within, to step into new ways of being and doing.

Lately, I’ve been heavily drawn to the angel cards in every session. The messages coming through have been so grounded and gentle, not loud, not forceful, just deeply supportive. The kind of guidance that helps you exhale and remember you’re being held. 🤍

And what’s been so beautiful to witness is that every reading I have facilitated recently has carried the essence of self recognition, reclaiming parts of self. A beautiful culmination of wisdom gained from experiences that are now asking to be embodied. It feels like a return to self on every level. A homecoming…

Astrologically, we’re drawing out the energy of 9, our greatest teacher! For me personally 9 represents mastery of self, spirit forming into matter. It’s the end of an evolutionary cycle, and right now you may feel as though you are in between versions of self.

I also want to share something personal, because I’ve been living this in real time.
I’ve been through an immense process of change within my inner architecture lately, and I’ve found myself searching for clarity too. The other day I opened TikTok, and one of my own readings popped up from two years ago! The guidance was exactly what I needed to hear. It felt like my past self sent the clarity out, knowing that this version of me needed to receive it in this moment in time.

That moment reminded me: we are always guiding ourselves, time is not linear and there are so many parts of us that create the totality of our unique, divine design.

These aspects of you are creating the map that leads us back home to who we really are. 🤍

The readings I facilitate aren’t about “predictions.” They’re about connection. Connecting with timelines, connecting with the versions of you that already exist, and closing the gaps of separation.

This is how I connect with you during readings. I connect with all versions of you. The past you, the present you, and the you that’s already embodied and anchored into the fullest expression of totality. On Saturday I became a Practitioner of the Umana technique, channeled by international spiritual teacher Kachina Ma'an and facilitated by the lovely Morag Thomson.

It is a beautiful energy to work with, and I feel very greatful to have the opportunity to learn this technique.
