Thank you to Seaford Chamber of Commerce for a great networking event this morning

There is such a great community feel here and wonderful to see the local businesses and charities being so well supported. Well done on the £5000 raised for Seaford Lifeguards

I shall look forward to casual evening on the 14th and to revisiting for breakfast next month

A special thanks to member Julie's Art Of Noise for the lift when my car broke down and to Marie for sending a shout out for me, very grateful

It was just light as I left for the Peacehaven & District Chamber of Commerce meeting.

I love the cool freshness of an autumn morning even if I'm not quite awake yet

It's always a pleasure to share testimonials to so many businesses in the room and be grateful for those that have visited me or referred business to me

This morning we heard from Davinia McGann of Le Petit Velo Belgian Cafe (fabulous waffles btw) and how pivoting in business and taking care of yourself is success in itself. She is a very inspiring woman
