Zara Yoga Pilates Yoga and Pilates teacher I have been teaching for over 14 years attaining many qualifications. Seventeen years ago I was introduced to Yoga and Pilates.

I am a Pilates teacher, registered Yoga teacher with the IYN and REPs, GP & exercise referral Specialist, Pre and Post Natal, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga and Lesmills Body Balance instructor . I actively continue my studies in both Pilates and Yoga attending many courses in my field. After many years of practicing Ballet and dance, I moved to practice Kick Boxing. After few injuries I discovered that any high impact exercise was not helping my joints. The Yoga practice and Pilates exercise method were life changing for me , it helped me to learn about my own body and accept my limitations. My teaching is founded in the classical Hatha Yoga Style and Classical Mat based Pilates, focusing on the development of inner well being through breath work, postures and relaxation/meditation techniques. My classes are taught partly in a creative, flowing style, partly holding postures, leaving space for students to work as deep or gentle as they need to. The beauty is that people often come to me for the stretch, and leave with a lot more. I hold regular daily classes around Seaford, Newhaven, Saltdean and Brighton. It’s been a little while since I last posted - life gets busy, right? Between classes, enjoying the beautiful summer and running the house, posting on social media took a bit of a back seat. So I thought I’d say a quick hello and let you know I’m still here!
Whether you’ve been coming regularly, had a break, or have been meaning to start for a while — this is your gentle nudge that you’re always welcome 🤗

Our Pilates and yoga classes are still running each week in Saltdean, Newhaven, Piddinghoe and Seaford in small, supportive groups with a mix of friendly faces and new ones joining all the time.

If you’ve been feeling a bit stiff, achy, or just in need of something for you, I’d love to invite you back — or to come along for the first time, with a trial class.

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list. But your body doesn’t forget — it just needs a little help to get back to feeling strong, mobile, and more you.

No pressure, no expectations. Just a warm welcome and a space to move, breathe, and feel a bit more like yourself again.

Another date for your diary! Join the Open day at Saltdean Lido Next Saturday 14th June. I will be teaching Yoga at 1pm and Pilates at 2pm.
Also at the Oval park from 11.30am there will be an event to raise money for the British Red Cross. There will be lovely home-made food and stalls.
