We’ve all been there.

You finally get consistent with your training.

You start to see changes.

You’re moving better, looking better, feeling like yourself again.

And then it hits.

The little ni**le you brush off.

The twinge you hope will get better.

You keep going because now’s not the time to stop.

But the pain gets worse and before you know it, you’re unable to train.
