If your body and mind are calling out for a boost, I have a couple of spaces left at The Recovery Session on Saturday 31 January, 2.30 – 4.00 pm, at the Parish Hall in Cheveley.

One of the reasons I introduced these sessions is for those who struggle to make a weekly class. It’s a chance to take a little time from your weekend to do something just for you 🤍

Weekends are meant for resting and recharging, yet we often ignore the signs until it’s too late or feel like we need permission to slow down.

I snoozed the alarm this morning. I’m tired and it is Saturday after all. This fabulous quote is a regular reminder to me of the importance of rest. I, like Judith, am always glad when I do slow down.

January is often marked by high levels of fatigue and stress. Many of us feel drained, both mentally and physically, as we return to work after the holidays, navigate cold and wet weather, cope with limited daylight, and wait a little too long for payday.
