The thing about Sunday league injuries is they don’t always feel serious at the time, but the ni**le that won’t shift two weeks later usually started with a tackle you barely remembered.
We see a lot of footballers and rugby players across Newmarket and Suffolk who’ve been told to “just rest it.” Sometimes that works. Often it doesn’t. The knee, the hamstring, the lower back, they all need actual treatment and a rehab plan, not just time on the sofa.
