I am taking some time to work on my own condition with ongoing nerve pain... 6 years now 😒😔
I am using my own knowledge about maintaining healthy gut microbiome and taking my nervous system into a more relaxed state ✨️✨️

A combination of movement, connection , Yoga , meditation, and Breathwork and spending time outside 🫶🫶

I am gradually coming back to my Yoga studio to share my practice 🙏🙏

I am trying out the "Red light Therapy " in Newmarket.

Red light can improve and treat joint pain, arthritis and reduce inflammation .

As it increases Collagen production, it helps reduce the effects of sun damage and ageing, as well as improving conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne through speeding up the healing process.

I am hoping to feel a reduction in my neuropathic pain, so will keep you posted 🙏🙏🤞🤞
