I've been reflecting a lot lately, both in my thoughts and in my writing.
After over 5 years of ideas swirling in my mind, I'm thrilled to share that I am writing a book 📖

I've begun to find clarity ✨️ and realise that my journey, particularly after an unsuccessful surgery and the quest for acceptance, goes way beyond just that traumatic event.
I am entering a new stage of my life as a woman of 58, navigating the aging process with grace, while adjusting to life after my children have grown and left the nest.

A significant part of my book explores identity, reflecting on my own experiences with ongoing physical pain and having to not only accept but adapt.
It is also about how women struggle with their place in a very judgemental world 🌎
It delves into questions of self worth and the roles we play once our children become independent.

Today, I had the most incredible Reiki session with Amy , which helped me find some clarity.
I am ready to embrace this new challenge and bring my vision to life ✨️
