Our Emergency Care service provides fast, person-centred support at short notice - helping to prevent hospital admissions or assisting with safe, smooth discharges.

With trained staff available to assess, monitor and care for up to 48 hours, we’ll put a tailored care plan in place to meet ongoing needs. 🕑 🫶

This year, we’re opening our office doors to welcome anyone in the community who would love some company, a hearty festive meal, and a warm, friendly space to celebrate Christmas together.

Whether you’re an existing client, someone who needs a little extra support, or simply fancy sharing lunch with others - you’re so welcome. ❤️
