✨ Four years ago I got to Target living on simple Slimming World meals from Iceland and being a total microwave queen 👑😂
And honestly?
I STILL use microwave Slimming World meals now because they help me stay on plan 💚
That’s the thing people forget…
Convenience is NOT cheating.
Using tools that help you succeed is SMART 🙌
The difference now is confidence ❤️
Over the years I’ve slowly started cooking more, trying new foods and learning to enjoy being in the kitchen — helped massively by Slimming World Kitchen.
Now I’m making lunches like mini omelettes with mushrooms and tomatoes, spinach and baked beans 🍳🥬🍅
The old me would NEVER have done this.
And that’s why I feel proud 🥹
Because this journey was never about becoming “perfect”.
It was about building habits, confidence and learning how to look after ME 💖
So if you still rely on ready meals sometimes?
Please don’t feel guilty.
Food Optimising should fit around REAL LIFE ✨

🍝 Tonight’s dinner… and honestly? Exactly what I needed ❤️
After weigh-in today and feeling rubbish on antibiotics 🤒💊
I could’ve easily gone into “stuff it” mode…
But instead?
✨ I came home and made a proper Food Optimising meal. ✨
🥦 A huge pile of greens
🍝 Comforting chicken carbonara
💚 Plenty of Free Food
✨ Back to basics. Back to balance.
This is what a reset can look like.
Not punishment.
Not giving up.
Just feeding yourself well and moving forward 💫
Because one gain doesn’t undo all the progress we’ve made ❤️
Real life happens…
The magic is in what we choose NEXT 💪
