Your appointments are very important to me. To ensure I can provide the best service to everyone, please note my policy:

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you contact me at least 48 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations (24–48 hours):Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

Last-Minute Cancellations (Under 24 hours): Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
