👐 Today’s Activity: Guess What’s in the Sensory Box! 🎁

We had a great time trying something new, residents took turns feeling the mystery objects inside the box and guessing what they might be! Lots of laughs, curious minds, and great guesses all around. 🤔☺️

It’s wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying the fun!

From vibrant themed BBQs to joyful garden parties, our residents had a wonderful time surrounded by friends, family, and sunshine. ❤️

🎉 Bingo Fun at Kingfisher House Care Home ! 🏠

This morning, we played everyone’s favourite game… BINGO! 🎱
Our residents gathered for a fun-filled session full of chats, laughs, and of course chocolate prizes for the lucky winners! 🍫🏆

Last Wednesday afternoon, we were treated to a fantastic BBQ with live music from the wonderful Dave Perry! 🎤🕺

Our residents had an amazing time enjoying scrummy food, singing along to their favourite tunes, and dancing in the sunshine. 🍔🌭💃

The atmosphere was full of joy and laughter☺️

Last week, we enjoyed a lovely sunny day at the pub! We all had such a laugh enjoying a nice relaxing cold bevvy. Everyone had a fantastic time and all made it safely back to Kingfisher House 🏠 with happy faces ☀️🍻😍🤩

We have had some gorgeous weather this week, and to keep active our fabulous residents played skittles in the garden. 🎳 This game is a favourite at Kingfisher House and we loved playing in the fresh air with some music on and teas and coffees for everyone. 🤩☀️

Last week at Kingfisher house we had a week full of birthday celebrations. 🥳 One of our brilliant kitchen staff made a variety of delicious birthday cakes for our fabulous ladies. 🎂 Hazel had a pamper session for her birthday and was delighted by her gorgeous pink nails. 💅❤️

At Kingfisher House Care Home we were joined by a brilliant Newmarket Community Choir who sang everyone’s favourite! Everybody had an amazing time singing and dancing along and we can’t wait for them to come back this month! 💃🕺🎤🏠

This week, our active residents got moving with a session of skittles and beanbag target throwing, a great way to practice hand-eye coordination while having a whole lot of fun!

There was plenty of friendly competition and lots of laughter, all set to the soundtrack of some classic 70s hits to keep everyone in the zone. 🕺💃
