Dragon Fly Yoga Dynamic Hot Yoga for all levels of practice

Booking Essential I found yoga in 2008 following a running injury. Namaste

Since then by deepening my practice I have been able to use it as corner stone for building up my fitness after years of being inactive. Starting with Bikram yoga Ive been able to extend my practice into many other forms taking my time to explore the benefits different practices. I qualified to teach the Dynamic Hot Yoga sequence in summer 2013 with Stuart Tranter in Hove. The sequence I teach can be used to provide rehabilitation from injury and operations or as balance to counter act the negative effects of other forms of exercise. And of course simply as a beautiful but challenging class. The heat I use in practice is not as hot as some other forms of hot yoga. I teach you how to breathe yourself up to a safe working heat for YOUR body. Lots of adjustments and corrections for the beginner, keeping you safe and involved in class at all times. Laid back approach to the practice allowing beginners and more advanced students alike to gain maximum benefits from THEIR practice.
