A year ago today I volunteered to put on two mediation sessions to the blood donation centre- addenbrookes hospital for

Little did I know or the blood donation team know but sadly that day, a well missed member of staff took their own life.
One of my personal dear reasons on why I felt I wanted to offer my time in the first place to a remarkable medical team!

A year on/today and I was invited back to do the same, this time not only for mental health awareness week but also a memorial for a brave being!
