Face-2-face personal training sessions to ensure safe and suitable exercise. 1-1 packages include personalised workout programs for clients to follow in their own time, delivered to their phone via an easy to use app; and a personalised, goal centred nutrition pack fully explained with complete support from your coach. Our 1-1 online only package offers all the same benefits and full personal support, but can be delivered from anywhere in the world and doesn’t require face-2-face sessions. We're excited to announce that Diet Without Disorder is back for 2026!

BUT!

This time, alongside the 12-week online coaching plan,
you can now sign up for one-to-one in-person PT sessions with Alex Alex Everitt
in a semi-private gym in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.

We discuss how this program teaches you everything you need to know about dieting for long-term results without fads or gimmicks.

We had the absolute BEST DAY at .uk yesterday! ✨🐾

Pickle and Tilly loved the shared play space meeting loads of other doggos!

The Winter Wonderland was so fun! They even got to meet Santa and the Grinch!

And we got to spend far too much money in the ‘Ross Mart’ 😅

Fun fact: you don’t have to see a PT 2x or more per week to get results if you can’t

It’s not the only way.

But PT’s would like you to believe it because then you’ll buy more sessions.

Don’t get me wrong.
If you CAN do PT multiple times a week, money and time allowing, absolutely do!
It’s fantastic.
Your mind and body will thank you!

But not everyone can do that.

And if that’s not you, please don’t think that you can’t possible get results any other way.

Online coaching with me takes you from where you are to where you want to be, via a route that feels doable for you.

It’s not coaching if I’m just forcing you to do things my way.

Coaching is about finding YOUR way to YOUR results.

I probably should not be saying this but 🤷🏻‍♀️

Getting an exercise plan has literally never been easier or cheaper.

I am absolutely not advocating for the use of AI.
I think it’s largely unsafe.

But facts are facts and you could get your workout programs from AI and off you go.

But if you’re still not managing to make it work,
That’s because AI can’t help you with human behaviour,
It can’t support you in the same ways to actually change the cycle you’re stuck in.

AI unfortunately can’t give you a big dose of motivation.

You’re not flawed, you just need a coach 🙃 👋🏻
