💙 Memory Lane Cafe is 1! 💙 A message from our Care Manager, Kelly:
12 months ago I approached my Directors & asked for funding & permission to give up my Friday afternoons to open a community cafe for those affected by Dementia. Obviously they agreed! Fast forward to today, the cafe is a hub where friendships have formed, we've laughed, experienced loss together & everything in between.. This by far is one of my biggest achievements since registering as Care Manager. I hope to open more cafes & I'm grateful for the lovely families I get to see each week!
