We have another community event coming up! This time, we team up with Northamptonshire Police to deliver an information session on the Herbert Protocol and how to keep safe whilst living with memory impairment.

Whether you’re a carer, family member, or simply interested in learning more, everyone is welcome. As always this extends beyond Bluebird Care and Memory Lane café, where our focus is on keeping our community safe and well connected.

This week we welcomed Sara back into the office to finish her Induction Training. We provide high quality Induction Training to all of our carers, ensuring they are trained in all aspects of care delivery, which is refreshed annually. Welcome to the team Sara!

Huge thank you to Neal King from Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service for his time today for our safety talk. It was very informative and I think we all left with plans to make our homes a little safer!
Neil signed up 5 of our guests for free fire safety checks at home too 😚
We also had Ellie join us, who is on placement with the Young Persons with Dementia team studying to become an OT, who wanted to come along and see what we get up to. It is nice to join up with other professionals to enhance the lives of those in our community.
Don't forget - next month we will be joined by our local Northamptonshire Police force for another safety talk.
