Linford Grange Residential Home We support a range of individual needs including dementia, learning disabilities and complex needs. Linford Grange is under NEW MANAGEMENT.

The service supports a wide range of individuals including people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, mental health diagnosis, dual diagnosis, and other associated conditions. We do all we can do to provide bespoke packages around each person, therefore our eligibility criteria is open to each referral we receive. A small and intimate care home, registered to provide residential and personal care for up to 18 residents. Situated in Newport Pagnell, Linford Grange is an older 'heritage' building that has recently been modernised to accommodate the specialist care needs of the residents. Made up of the combination of the main home and self contained flats dependant on residents needs and abilities. Offering both group activities and 1-1 activities focusing on improving both physical and mental well-being. We keep the home feeling upbeat and engaging wherever we can! We are passionate about enabling people and will work hard to welcome whomever we feel we are able to support positively.
