We had a fantastic time exhibiting at NAISA’s inaugural conference on Monday at Fazeley Studios – a beautifully restored Victorian chapel in the heart of Digbeth, Birmingham.

A huge thank you to the NAISA team for such a well-organised and inspiring event, and to everyone who stopped by our stand to chat all things speech and language therapy.

It was a great opportunity to connect with school leaders, headteachers, trustees and professionals across the independent schools sector. We’re proud to have been part of NAISA’s first conference and are already looking forward to next year's event!

Colourful lolly sticks + silly sentences = big smiles! 🌈

In this Colourful Semantics session at a Luton primary school, Speech & Language Therapy Assistant Practitioner Jackie W. guided the children to pick a random lolly stick of each colour to build a silly sentence using “who, what, doing, what, where.” Writing them on the whiteboard made it even more fun!

This creative session supported speech, language, and communication goals, helping children build vocabulary, sentence structure, and confidence expressing ideas - all in a playful, hands-on way.
