In honor of World Octopus Day 2025, some of the residents enjoyed making some of their own Octopuses using newspaper and paint 📰 🎨..This was after a competitive held by our lovely volunteer, Judith 🧠...What a super day 😀

Today at Tickford Abbey we had a fun morning doing poetry Club followed by memory sharing tea and chatting.🎖😃✍️📝

We celebrated with a member of staff for 10 yrs service and the residents wrote her a poem. 🏅

Ten years of nights,of steady light,
Guilding residents through the quiet
With gentle hands and heart so true,
Laura we celebrate you.

In every smile,your love is shown
A senior carer,strong and kind
An award of thanks with you in mind

🌝 Greensleeves Care is off to the moon! 🌕

What’s been happening at Tickford today, you ask? Well… Drama Club have been up to their usual cheeky antics again! 🎭✨

This time we’ve been making a video to launch Greensleeves’ latest well-being adventure...and it’s a BIG one. From October to July, our residents, staff and visitors will be counting their steps… and if we add them all up, we’ll have walked all the way to the moon! 🚀👟🌙

Who needs NASA when you’ve got Greensleeves Care? 😉
