We still see a high volume of appointments being missed. When you fail to inform us that you cannot attend an appointment, it prevents another patient from receiving care.

🚗 Car Park Notice 🚗
We kindly ask parents not to use our practice car park for school drop-offs and pick-ups.
Our spaces are reserved for patients, many of whom are elderly, unwell, or vulnerable and rely on being able to park close to the practice. When the car park is full, it makes it difficult for them to attend their appointments safely.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep these spaces available for those who need them most. 💙

Local women who are experiencing menopause and perimenopause are being invited to take part in early morning yoga sessions, either as a face-to-face class or a live online session.

Why yoga?

Yoga is ideal for women going through the menopause and perimenopause because it can:
• -Help to improve and maintain physical and mental health
• -Reduce stress and anxiety
• -Promote relaxation, mindfulness and sleep
• -Improve flexibility, balance, muscle strength, bone density and joint stiffness

Sessions will run both online and in person every Monday and Tuesday each week, starting on Monday 15 September 2025, and will cost £3 per session per person. The sessions will run from 7.30am to 8am so women can fit the session in before starting their busy days working or caring, often both!

For women wanting to attend in person, sessions will be held in Donnington, at Silver Threads Hall, Donnington TF2 8AD on a Monday and Turreff Hall, Donnington TF2 8HG on a Tuesday.
