Julie Ballard has 35 years of nursing experience and has recently joined our Isle of Wight branch as Complex Care Manager.

In her own words, here are her plans:
"In addition to increasing the diversity of our client portfolio and care packages we cover on the island; I’ll be concentrating on increasing the care team and improving their skill sets. I’d really like to bring in a Lead Nurse too. To be the preferred supplier on the island is my absolute top priority."
