When someone cancels at the last minute or doesn’t show up, it’s not just an empty spot in my diary — it’s unpaid time I’ve set aside just for you.

Think about it this way: if you went to work, sat at your desk, and then your boss told you, “Sorry, we’re not paying you today”, how would that feel? That’s exactly what happens to me when I don’t have enough notice to refill your slot.

This isn’t just my passion, it’s also my livelihood. Every appointment is time, product, and preparation. Respecting cancellation policies isn’t about being harsh — it’s about valuing the time, skill, and commitment that goes into giving you your stunning treatments.

Please remember: if you can’t make it, let me know with as much notice as possible. It keeps things fair, and it helps me keep offering the best service to all my clients.
