I believe that true change happens when we involve the whole self. That’s why I blend the stillness of Mindfulness and Reiki with the creative spark of Craft and the liberating power of Dance. We don’t just talk about change; we move through it. We glide through three powerful stages:

"Why a Village Well?"

In the old days, women had the "village well"—a place to gather, share the load, and just be heard. Today, we have WhatsApp groups, frantic "hellos" at the school gate and late night memes and reels.

The Village Well is about bringing back that soft, safe space. ⭕☕

It’s an hour where you aren't "Mum," "Boss," or "The one who fixes everything." You’re just you. No advice-giving, no judgment—just a cuppa and a circle of women who get it.

I know that carving out time (and budget) for yourself can feel like a big hurdle. But I also know how much of a difference a regular "unwind" makes to your week.

Saturdays... are they for "doing" or "being" in your house? 🧹

I'm thinking about running a Saturday morning taster session in June for those who can't make it during the week. But I know how precious weekends are!

Would a Saturday morning "Mindful Hands" session (crafting and quietening the mind) be a "Yes please!" or a "No, that's my chore day"?

In our Mindful Hands sessions, we aren’t looking for perfection. We’re looking for peace. Whether we’re blending local herbs or making seed bombs, the goal is to give your mind a rest by giving your hands a job.

In UNBOUND, we do things differently.

I guide you to turn away from the glass and focus on how the movement feels on the inside. Whether we are finding our strength in a powerful stride or finding softness in fluid, circular movements, the only person you are listening to is yourself.

I’ll hold the space and lead the way so you can stop "performing" and start just being.
