Good Morning Everyone!

I hope you've managed to welcome the New Year in with open arms and optimism πŸ˜πŸŽ‰

My diary opens from Monday 12th January, I always like to have the week off when the children return to school. Particularly after a busy time to help me get my bearings and plan for the next term of classes ☺️✨️

As 2025 closes in and the page turns to a fresh chapter, full of unknowns and opportunities, here are a few things I'd like to share with you πŸ₯°

1. Movement is medicine. So whatever form of movement you choose, make sure it's something that makes you smile from the inside out.

2. You do not need expensive 'active wear' to start your movement journey. Just be comfortable.

3. If you're looking to follow a diet or nutrition plan, this must come from registered nutritionist or dieticians. Even as personal trainers, unless we have additional training, we can only advise and support, we are not qualified to put together a bespoke nutrition plan. I can highly recommend one if you'd like more information ☺️

4. You cannot be everything to everyone. It's physically impossible! Show yourself compassion ✨️

5. It's ok to close a door. Sometimes it's the only option to bring peace to your life πŸ™

6. We are above nobody. Kindness goes a long way. So if you can offer kindness, support, and less judgement, it's a beautiful thing πŸ’š

7. Social media - use it wisely. Ask yourself is this fulfilling a need. If it's not, just put the phone down and take yourself away ✨️ remember, 1 image tells a thousand stories, try not creating them yourself.

8. Ride the rough times. Life is not about being happy all of the time. How can we be? We're human. Try and observe rather than fix. Sit with uncertainty and accept that life is really uncomfortable sometimes. Be patient with yourself ✨️

9. Hug everyone you meet (within reason 🀣) - I love a cuddle! It's comforting and bonding, we are human remember!

10. And above all, hold the people you love ❀️

There's plenty more, but i felt 10 was enough of a read ☺️ life shapes us into who we are. Life has taught me many lessons, and there are still many more to be learned. For me, trying to observe situations rather than reacting has been very helpful ✨️

I don't believe in New Years resolutions - I believe in continuing on this journey we call life. The 1st January is just another day ✨️

That being said, whatever 2025 has brought you,, I wish you all a very Happy and Humble New Year πŸŽ‰

I've had a few new followers here, so I thought I'd give you a bit of insight as to who I am 😊
I am Health & Fitness Professional, and I adore what I do. I have gathered lots of experience and knowledge over the last 15 years, and I continue to learn every single day! πŸ₯°

I've been tutoring for HFE for almost 3 years. It's been such a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and help them to grow. Whether it's supporting students through a career change, growing an already established foundation, or seeking higher level qualifications to grow their business.
I tutor L3 & L4 Mat Pilates, L3 Sports Massage, Reformer Pilates, and Pre & Post Natal Pilates πŸ₯°
Building relationships and watching students thrive is the best part! I love it so much, and I always come away from these courses feeling a real sense of pride πŸ–€

Spending the last 2 weeks of the Summer holidays with my babies before they head back to school β˜€οΈ
Clocking off for a few weeks is something I always look forward to. Taking my foot off the gas pedal, ready to come back fresh and ready πŸ₯°πŸŽ‰
