I am starting University on the 8th of September which means there will be some changes to availability for treatment.

This is a great opportunity for me to continue to develop my skills and experience allowing me to provide even better service in the future.

What a great way to end my level 3 personal training course by earning a medal! 🏅

In the spring additional services will be announced including both personal training and sports massage.

There will also be an announcement soon on loyalty schemes for all clients as my way of saying thank you for all your support!

ANNOUNCEMENT!! 🏋‍♂️🏋‍♂️

This week I have completed my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, and I am taking the steps to include new services to add to the business!

In the coming weeks I will have customised training programmes, online personal training and nutritional coaching services for you to achieve your goals.

I will also look to add package and loyalty deals to the current massage services that we have available.

Hi all! Hope everyone's week is going well, it's been a busy few weeks but we've got an announcement coming soon!

I am in the final stages of education, and will announce new services that will be available very soon!

As of today I have officially qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist & in the new year I plan to open for business!
