I work in central Newport specialising in counselling adults experiencing anxiety caused by a wide variety of issues such as relationship problems, low mood, confidence and identity issues. I volunteer with Cruse working with bereavement and loss and I volunteer with the RAF Benevolent fund helping people with financial difficulties. I am also an approved therapist for Anxiety UK mainly working with young people and students and I have a background in coaching and mentoring helping people overcome barriers in their lives.

It's been a long time since I posted on here as I've been mulling over a quandry. I have been advised to market my counselling practice on Facebook but my feeling was that, because of all the warnings about scams and false information on social media, people wouldn't consider a counselling service advertising on them. I would be very interested to hear from everyone reading this post if you feel this is true :-) many thanks
