Gliding cupping‼️

This is a technique that involves movement of the cups, whilst they're under vacuum.
The cups are moved while muscle tissue is suctioned into them.
This increases circulation; as you can see from the video a reddening to the skin, as blood flow has increased to that area.
This technique can loosen sore muscles, increasing mobility.
