Coached by Cece Specialist pelvic health physiotherapy based in Cardiff also available onlline.

Hi, I’m Cece a pelvic health physiotherapist with a passion for supporting women through every stage of life. After graduating in 2023, I decided to follow my heart and focus on women’s health. An area I truly believe deserves more open conversation, understanding, and care. In this space, I’ll be sharing evidence-based information about pelvic health, postpartum recovery, and everything in between, with a few honest snippets from my own motherhood journey along the way. My goal is to educate, empower, and remind you that you’re not alone in your experiences. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or simply want to better connect with your body, I’m here to help. I hope you’ll learn something new, feel supported, and maybe even book a session when you’re ready to take that next step in your pelvic health journey.

is honestly the space every mum deserves.
I trained there this week and it’s exactly what we’ve all been missing. A women‑only gym where your kids are welcome, your body is understood, and you can finally focus on you without scrambling for childcare.

Supportive coaching, a calm space, toys and mats for little ones, and zero guilt.
Just mums getting stronger, together.

And I want to say a massive congratulations to Debbie, the owner of Mamau Ffit, for creating this space. What a gift to our community 💜

Being deeply maternal and wildly ambitious is such a strange duality.

Yesterday I told my husband I sometimes feel like I have to choose between the two. Then I read that it can take a mother up to ten years to “catch up” to where she would’ve been without kids and honestly, it made me breathe out.

Maybe I don’t need to sprint.

Maybe I’m not behind.

Maybe this is just the season I’m in.

Going to the Thrive event lit a fire in me. It showed me what’s possible for my business… just not right now.

Right now, my biggest achievements look like navigating toddler meltdowns, teaching and building my dreams quietly in the background.

Small steps are still steps.

And this season won’t last forever, but I will never regret slowing down to be here for it.

Spending the day at the Endometriosis Retreat with my mentor was something really special. Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, it was a space created with so much intention, compassion and strength.

Michaela, who founded these retreats after her own journey with endometriosis, has built the first ever retreat of its kind, a place where women living with this condition can come together, feel seen, and feel less alone. Hearing someone say, “It’s nice to know there are other women experiencing what you’re going through because it can be really lonely” stayed with me.

Women are powerful. Women are resilient. Women carry so much, often silently and still show up with courage and kindness. Being able to speak with some of you today reminded me exactly why I’m so passionate about supporting women’s health, and why I’ll never stop learning new ways to help as many women as possible.

Pregnancy is the exciting part.

Counting down the weeks. Meeting your baby. Settling into that newborn bubble.

But what about the 4th trimester?

The part where you’re healing, exhausted, unsure of your body…

And suddenly the appointments stop.

You’re “cleared” and expected to just crack on.

No proper pelvic floor check.

No structured plan.

No guidance on rebuilding strength safely.

That’s exactly why we created The Postnatal Rebuild.

This 12-week programme starts with a full assessment by a pelvic health physio, so you actually understand where you’re starting from and not guessing or Googling.

Then you’re coached week by week by an experienced pre and postnatal coach, giving you:

• Clarity on your core and pelvic floor

• Safe, progressive strength work

• Accountability and support

• The tools to rebuild properly and not rush

This isn’t about “bouncing back”.

It’s about rebuilding with intention.

Applications close Sunday.

There are only 3 spaces left.

We keep this programme small so every woman is properly supported. Once those spaces are gone, they’re gone.

If you’re postpartum and know you deserve more than being told to “just get on with it” this is your moment.

It’s Monday, which means my clinic doors are open this Wednesday.

If you’ve been meaning to book in, this is your reminder.

Women come to see a pelvic health physiotherapist for so many reasons:

– Postnatal recovery
– Pelvic floor weakness or leaking
– Heaviness or prolapse symptoms
– Pain with exercise or intimacy
– C-section or perineal scar concerns
– Diastasis recti
– Return to running or strength training
– Pregnancy aches and pains
– Bladder urgency or bowel symptoms

This week, I’m hoping to “discharge” (a word I don’t love) two women I’ve been seeing regularly. They’ve both done so well that they no longer need ongoing appointments.

And that’s the goal.

Physiotherapy isn’t about creating dependency. It’s about giving women the knowledge, strength and confidence to be autonomous, to understand their bodies and know how to manage them.

They know they can always book back in if they need to. But they also know they’re capable.

My diary is open for Wednesday clinic, and I’m looking forward to taking care of you.

If something has been niggling, worrying you, or holding you back, don’t ignore it.

Your body grew a baby.
Now it deserves proper support to rebuild.

The Postnatal Rebuild isn’t just another “get your body back” programme.

It includes:

– A virtual pelvic health physio assessment so you actually know what your body needs

– A clear, progressive 12-week strength plan

– 12 weeks of coaching, guidance and accountability from our pre and postnatal coach

– Evidence-based rehab for core, pelvic floor and full-body strength

– Support from women who get it

This is about feeling strong when you lift your baby.

Confident when you return to exercise.

Supported instead of guessing.

Applications close February 22nd.

There are only a few spaces left.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time, this is it.

I’ve got one kid who loves being indoors, cozy and feeding, and another who just wants to run free and explore. Parenthood has taught me so much about patience, individuality, and finding balance, lessons I bring into my pelvic health physiotherapy.

Every body is different, just like every child. Some need gentle, structured support, while others need freedom to move and explore. My role is helping each person find what works for them, at their pace, just like I do with my kids every day.

If you're looking for personalised care, in person or online. Use the link in my bio 💜
