Confession time 🙈

I hosted a Habits Circle live in the WightWays Wellbeing Space this week and afterwards thought:

“Oh no… I’ve accidentally gone full lecture.”

Not the vibe.

But my word of the year is visibility, so I’m owning it rather than pretending it never happened.

The intention still stands - many women stay “on duty” before and during visits, and it’s exhausting.

I’ve shared the one-page REST checklist that came from it in the group - something gentle, human, and actually usable.
