If you've woken up today thinking, “Shall I?” - this is your sign.

Class is on tonight 💪

No choreography. No struggling to hear. No pressure to keep up.

Just solid, sensible strength work that makes everyday life feel easier.

We had such a good vibe last week; new faces, returning faces, regulars all getting stuck in, and I’d love to keep that momentum going.

Numbers are capped so it never feels rammed, which means if you’re coming, book in sooner rather than later.

See you later for 45 minutes of moving, stretching, and quietly feeling quite pleased with yourself afterwards.

I love events like MIND BODY SOUL Event, Northwood House Cowes because you see people at every stage; curious beginners, experienced practitioners, and those just looking for a gentle reset.

My role in that mix is usually helping people translate inspiration into something sustainable because wellbeing isn’t about one perfect day… it’s about what happens afterwards.

Last week felt so good. After the enforced break, the room had such a brilliant mix of new faces, returning faces and our trusty regulars and the energy was spot on. Focused. Supportive. Challenging. Exactly how we like it.

If you’ve been meaning to come back, or try it for the first time, this is a good week to jump in while the momentum’s building.

Numbers are capped so it never gets overcrowded (no fighting for space or dumbbells here), so do book in before Thursday if you’re planning to join us.

I’ve been looking through the line-up for the MIND BODY SOUL Event, Northwood House Cowes and there really is something for everyone; from gentle movement and meditation to creative workshops and wellbeing talks.

The nice thing is you don’t have to commit to just one thing, you can explore, try something new, and see what resonates.

That’s exactly what my free workshop at the MIND BODY SOUL Event, Northwood House Cowes event is about.

A little more about the MIND BODY SOUL Event, Northwood House Cowes …

This isn’t a sit-down conference - it’s more of a wellbeing “pick and mix”.

You can explore different sessions throughout the day, from movement and mindfulness to creative and holistic workshops, and just follow what feels interesting.

I’ll be there running a free session on turning wellbeing ideas into habits that actually work in real life; because inspiration is wonderful… but Monday morning always arrives 😄

If you enjoy exploring different approaches to wellbeing, this might be your kind of day.

I’ll be part of the event at Northwood House — a full day of workshops, talks, movement sessions and wellbeing experiences all under one roof. You can wander between sessions, try something new, or simply come along and soak up some inspiration.

I’ll be running a free workshop introducing my Five Healthy Habits approach — simple, realistic ways to support your wellbeing without needing a complete life overhaul.

More details to follow, but definitely one to pop in the diary 🙂
