My partner David and I enjoyed a beautiful day and evening in St John’s Church in Glastonbury on Sunday. Listening to Geshe Lama Ahbay Tulku Rinpoche’s teachings, listening to beautiful singers, and finishing with an incredible sound bath too.

Feeling recharged now and ready for the week ahead!

Would you like to see what happens during a Reiki healing session? Today at our Aura & Chakra Workshop, Medical Reiki Wales, we used Kirlian photography to see images both around the body (aura) and within the body (chakras). Here we share Amanda's experience. Her first photographs showed her energy field as being orange and yellow with some red and a little white around the head. She shared her ongoing health issues with the group. Following a group Reiki session of just 20 minutes Amanda's energy (both within the body and around the body) changed significantly to mostly green and yellow with some orange and white too. Look closely and you can even see the changes in the chakras too. Amanda shared how she experienced seeing red at the start, followed by white, purple and green. Additionally she felt warmth which turned to heat at times with some tingling too. David and I are delighted that we will be training Amanda Reiki healing soon on our Reiki for beginners (Level 1) course.

Today is our first Aura & Chakra workshop starting at 10.30am in our beautiful garden therapy room. David and I are so excited for our students to be able to have Kirlian photographs, see their energy field for the first time and to compare their images with each other too. We are even going to demonstrate to them what happens when we start channelling universal healing energy too!
