Dylans has recently been fully refurbished in partnership with leading fitness supplier Technogym. New equipment includes a full range of Excite + cardiovascular equipment with Visioweb – the ultimate digital platform – and Element + strength. Members also have access to our Mywellness Cloud, an online platform allowing easy access via PC, tablet or smartphone to track your exercise and lifestyle data anywhere, anytime.
Our new Tanita Body Composition Analyser allows you to gain accurate body composition results using the latest advanced bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology. This gives you a true indicator of your inner health and, when monitored over time, can show the impact of any fitness regime or weight loss programme. Additionally Kinesis One and Arke have been added to offer superb sport specific programming and are perfect for golf professionals and
enthusiasts to improve their game.
Other facilities include an aerobics studio with a comprehensive choice of exercise classes and a 18-metre Romanesque swimming pool with sauna, steam room and spa bath. There is also a fitness assessment room, sports massage therapy and physiotherapy treatment rooms, providing the perfect choice for the dedicated health and fitness enthusiast.
Guests staying at the Resort Hotel or The Manor House Hotel enjoy complimentary use of the facilities at Dylans Health and Fitness Club.
