Creating a Safe, Homely Environment
- Contribute to a welcoming home by completing household tasks and supporting independent living skills.
- Following risk assessments and reporting concerns.
- Help maintain a positive, safe environment where young people can flourish.

Being Part of a Strong Team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture.
- Keep accurate documentation in line with CIW and organisational requirements.

- Commitment to CIW standards and compliance

Why Join Us?

We have a young person who would like to make a life size train cab in our outside area as a summer project 😊
He would love his own tools, so if anyone has an old power drill, hammer, screw drivers, staple gun or any tools or tool boxes that they no longer need in the Cwmbran or surrounding area we could collect them for him 🙏
If anyone has any MDF sheets they don’t need that would also be fantastic
He has also said he needs some grey, black and yellow paint and paint brushes😊

We will keep you updated on his progress!!

Thank you in advance ❤️

Fantastic work Chloe we are very proud of you 👏 🙏🙌🙌
